Robin Johnson
Robin Johnson is a Board member of The Coaching Society.
Robin’s experience of being CEO of a multi-million pound business enables him to understand the needs of The Coaching Society and therefore assist with the development of coaches and companies.
He now runs the successful corporate coaching company, OvationXL. His knowledge of blue chip executive coaching techniques has Robin at an advantage over most other coaches as this is a special skill indeed.
Robin is a frequent contributor to the national press and business magazines on subjects such as leadership coaching, business performance and motivation. He has been involved in coaching and training for over 8 years and has been a Master Practitioner of NLP for 6 years.
As well as managing successful companies, Robin also delights his own personal clients as he still practices himself.

During the five years to December 2011 Robin has scored an impressive 94.2% in overall client satisfaction and this score continues to rise — all the more remarkable because of the calibre of people he coaches. Robin delivers his work though a number of organisations including OvationXL, Morgan Clarke and Allander Noble. He works 1-2-1 with executives to increase the effectiveness, profitability… and happiness of each candidate. He also works with management teams. Robin facilitates all-partner conferences tackling key topics such as leadership, winning and retaining the right types of new business and advanced communication skills.
Robin has built a solid reputation for coaching a great many partners in law and accountancy firms. He is currently working with senior management in financial services (including banks, insurance and wealth management), built environment, IT, engineering/manufacturing, health, food, stately homes/heritage and public schools.
