Wesley is a Registered Clinical Psychologist, NLP Master
Practitioner and Clinical Hypnotherapist. He is currently running
motivational workshops out of Switzerland and the UK, as well
as South Africa
Wesley has worked as a lead facilitator in schools (Pearson High
and Collegiate high), the groups ranging from 10 to 75
participants. The main themes were empowering educators to
fulfil their roles, coaching at a transformational level to help
overcome limiting beliefs – and showing them the most up-to-
date skill sets in enhanced brain paradigms.
Wesley has also trained sports individuals and sports teams at the
local and national level as well as corporations. Wesley formed
part of the first South African water polo coaching team that won
gold at an international competition.
Added to that Wesley designed and implemented the Pearson
High School’s water polo program that has seen them become
the no 1 ranked team in South Africa for the last two years.
During Wesley’s time at the Kings, Warriors and Chippa United
he was responsible for player management, development and
mental conditioning. Encouraging players to trust the value of
mental conditioning, facilitated many to go on and represent
South Africa and grow as human beings.
In corporate group sessions, Wesley runs classes ranging from 15 to 150
employees.
